The (almost) finished product

Today I assembled my 6 string conversion.  I put on one string to test it out and I do have a wiring issue.  Probably won’t have time to track it down until after the holidays however.

I suspect the problem is I got the 5 position switch a little to hot when I was re-soldering some connections.
